Hi. My name is Arthur Claus.  I am less than two years old and I weigh 35 lbs. I am maybe a mix of a wheaten terrier because I don’t really shed.  I came to the rescue as a puppy and was adopted but returned recently.  I didn’t do anything wrong, I promise, I am a very good boy.  My adoptive family had a big life change and didn’t have time for me anymore.  Do you have time for me?

I am a happy, smart and loving boy.  I really like other dogs, to go for car rides, walks or just hang out with you.  I have had a lot of training and know sit, stay, down, come, stand, touch, focus, wait and of course heel.  I am house and crate trained.  I don’t shed so I will need to be groomed but my coat doesn’t grow fast either.  I love to play and am  a really happy guy.  Am I perfect, not always, but I will listen and try to be on my best behavior.

I have been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated (including canine influenza) and am current on my heartworm/flea and tick preventatives.  My adoption fee is 300.00.  The first step in adopting me is to complete an adoption application at dogsasfamily.org.  Do you believe in love at first sight?  I know as soon as I meet you I will love you forever.
